FAST SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS

Our team processes orders between Monday and Friday. Most U.S. orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency. All customers receive tracking numbers via email as soon as the order is fulfilled.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, what item(s) you ordered and due to circumstances outside of our control, such as Weather, Strikes or Holiday Season.

Most U.S. orders get delivered within 3-5 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES

For international orders, delays can occur in-transit or hold at the local customs office so it’s possible to take up to 2 weeks for an order to be delivered.

Additional fees, such as customs fees, may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by FitView Nutrition®. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

 

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.

REFUND POLICY

(PLEASE READ ENTIRE REFUND POLICY)

Within 30 days of your very first purchase of any FitView Nutrition® Supplements, you are guaranteed a FULL refund if you are not entirely satisfied during the 30 day period.

 

If you have any issue or like to return your order, please  contact our customer care team to email support@fitnutritionstore.com

 

You will receive a Return Authorization Number back and instructions on where to ship your item to. 

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since product purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We are not responsible for products returned incorrectly or in error.

If any item(s) are returned outside of the Refund Policy terms, they will not be shipped back and will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fitnutritionstore.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email to support@fitnutritionstore.com

Shipping for Returns

IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund shipping charges. Please be aware that international return shipping costs to our US facilities can be higher than the actual product cost. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
